Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
The Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization Course teaches learners how to assess and recognize respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiac arrest in children, as well as how to offer lifesaving measures. The course is designed for healthcare professionals or those who only see critically ill children infrequently. It covers immediate lifesaving interventions.

Outpatient clinic personnel, healthcare assistants, and school-based providers who see severely sick infants and children on a regular basis.
